Longing for a taste of Carolina? Join the San Diego Carolina Club and other ACC alumni for the All-ACC Pig Pickin’ to be held Aug. 22 at Mission Bay Park near Crown Point North – look for the white canopy and follow the smell of Carolina barbecue flown in from Kinston, NC. All friends and family are welcome. Festivities begin at noon. Food will be served at 12:30 p.m.
Barbecue and fixings will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and coolers, but please remember the city enforces a strict no alcohol and no glass rule. Consider bringing blankets, chairs, and games since we’ll be in a park space.
Online registration is closed. A limited number of on-site registrations may be possible. Cost will be $20 per adult and $7 per child at the door – checks only, no cash. Important: There will be no on-site cash exchange. Please take the time to preregister online. If you are unable to register online, please bring a check for $20 per adult and $7 per child ages 5-12 made out to the San Diego Carolina Club.
